How do I recover my Recheck account?
Multiple Recheck accounts are not allowed. If you have lost access to the email address you used to sign up for Recheck, you can recover your account in two ways:
1) Sign in using your backup email address
If you added a backup email address (usually a personal email account) when you originally created your Recheck account, use that to sign in.
2) Complete ID verification again
If you don't have access to any of the email addresses on your account, you can recover access by signing up and going through ID verification again. Once you complete the identity verification process, your new account will be merged in to your existing one.
After you recover your account:
Once you are signed in to your Recheck account you should update the email addresses associated with it at https://recheck.co/account/settings/. Be sure to use at least one personal email account so you don't lose access again if your employer changes.
