How do I link my Recheck account to GoodLeap?

If you are not sure about your Recheck or GoodLeap status or need to complete the linking process, please follow these steps:

• If you already have a Recheck account (i.e. you've already completed the Recheck identity verification process and received a Recheck ID), you can check your status with GoodLeap (or other lenders) in your Account Settings under 'Connections'. If GoodLeap is listed there (see the example below), you are all set and have met their requirement.

  • Note: If you have multiple GoodLeap logins, you will need to link your single Recheck with each of them. You should receive an email at each email address you use to log in to GoodLeap with a unique link. Follow the instructions below for each email.

• If you do not see GoodLeap listed under 'Connections', please search for an email sent by hello@my.goodleap.com with a Recheck verification link. Click that link, log into your Recheck account if prompted and hit 'Continue' when you see the below screen. Once you've done this you'll be successfully linked to GoodLeap.

  

• If you cannot find that email, it's likely that you don't yet have a GoodLeap Origin account and need to set one up. Please reach out to your company's Origin admin to send or resend you an invitation. Once you receive that invitation and set up your Origin account, you'll get another email within a week with instructions for linking your Recheck account

• If you already have an Origin account, please reach out to your GoodLeap BD rep (or have your company admin do so). Unfortunately we are unable to directly help in this case

• If you haven't yet completed identity verification and created your Recheck account, you'll need to complete that process before you can link to GoodLeap's platform. Simply follow the account creation steps outlined when you click the same link provided in the email from hello@my.goodleap.com or you can sign up directly here.

• Identity verification with Recheck takes about two minutes on average. If you run into any issues, here are some troubleshooting tips.
