Setting Up Recheck for Your EPC or Installation Company
If you’re a business owner, manager, or admin, we recommend setting up a Recheck account for your company. This will allow you to:
Invite your reps and sales partners to get Recheck verified and monitor their status
Prepare your team for upcoming Recheck requirements by lenders
Create a verified and shareable Recheck profile for your business
Link your business account to external sales partners to ensure compliance
Please contact support@recheck.co if you have questions or need additional help.
Step-by-step guide:
Complete Recheck verification and create your individual profile at recheck.co/signup if you haven't done so already (detailed instructions can be found here)
Create your business account via the 'Business' menu in the top right of your individual profile:
Fill in the requested business information and submit your business account for verification by Recheck (this usually takes 1-2 business days)
Start inviting your team by clicking 'Add'. Any team member that interacts with customers or touches a project within a financing or proposal platform should get invited and verified:
For larger teams, please contact support@recheck.co for help with batch onboarding
Invited team members will receive an email asking them to join your team on Recheck. You will be able to see their Recheck verification status from the 'Team' view in your business profile:
If you're an installer or EPC that works with external sales dealers, you can also link your account to theirs and monitor their team's Recheck verification progress as you would your own team's. To set this up, ask your sales dealer to set up their own business account (following the steps outlined above) and share their business Recheck ID with you.
Once you have their Recheck ID, you can add their Recheck ID from the 'Partners' view in your business profile. This will trigger an email to the partner company's admins asking for permission to link their account to yours.
